He developed a tail recognition software that can help track & identify whales around the world. This greatly helps whale research & to understand these mysterious, gentle giants. 🐳

Tara interviews Ted to talk about whales (specifically humpback & sperm whales), the current dangers they face & why it’s VITALLY IMPORTANT to have a healthy ocean ecosystem for whales and all ocean creatures.

Ted and Tara both grew up with environmental activist parents, Doug and Gail Cheeseman who led safaris around the world with Cheesemans' Ecology Safaris. This opened their eyes to the importance issues that the earth & all of her creatures face with humans dominating the planet.
